Product Use:  1×6, 1×8, and 1×10 mixed equally in ash and glacier grey shiplap vertical siding and interior use.

The ranchwood™ Artisan product line creates a reclaimed look with the contrasting highlights and character each color offers. This project mixed board widths and colors to create a unique aesthetic. The craftsmanship shown in the ranchwood™ Artisan product line is a multifaceted work of art. Products:  AquaFir™ product line in driftwood wire brushed siding, soffit, fascia, trim, and timber. All in douglas fir.

Product Use:  1×6 shiplap with 1/8” reveal vertical siding.  1×8 shiplap with 1/8” reveal for garage doors. Soffit and overhang ceilings are 1×6 tongue and groove material.  1×8 fascia, 2×4, 2×6 window trim,  2×8 door and corner trim.  Timbers 8×8, 3×4 and 4×4, all for the front entry.

AquaFir™ is offered in 3 textures: smooth, wire brush and circle sawn, each offer a different look and change the appearance to personalize the project.  Along with different textures and profiles, you can customize your wood species, with douglas fir or cedar. All of our product lines can be used for siding, timbers, trusses, posts, beams, decks, siding, trim, fascia, soffit, interior paneling/ceiling,, etc…

In extreme climates, acclimation and installation are crucial. Montana Timber Products helps by stabilizing any board wider than 6″ by doing relief cuts. Relief cuts (kerf cuts) are milled on the back of the siding and create air circulation.  In addition to relief cuts, Montana Timber Products uses SEAL-ONCE® to seal the entire board in a controlled environment to protect the wood from water damage.  Ask your sales representative for guidance to find what grade of wood and species best fit your needs.

Products:  ranchwood Artisan™ in glacier grey with a raked texture for siding, window and door trim in cedar along with the AquaFir™ product line for the portico trim and porch ceilings in charcoal and black using cedar. All the timbers are a kiln dried douglas fir that are FOHC in black with wire brushed texture from the AquaFir™ product line.
Product Use:  1×8 shiplap siding and ceiling material, window, and door trim 5/4×4.  Timbers for the portico 16x16x8, 8x8x4 bracing, with trim varying in size 2×8, 1×3, 1×8, 1×12.  The front and rear porch posts are 12x12x10 also trimmed out with 1×8 and 1×3.

The eye-catching architecture creates great curb appeal in this very balanced traditional style home.  ranchwood™ Artisan glacier grey offers color depth to create a coherent design.  The semi-transparent stain offers layers of color to draw the eye in. With the use of the darker accents from the AquaFir™ product line (charcoal and black) this created the perfect look.  Texture and color give this house a lot of dimension, the big posts bring the drama and perfect accents.

Product: Montana Timber Products Exterior use of  AquaFir™ Dark Gray siding with AquaFir™ Bronze Cedar soffit and trim along with  Interior Product featuring Corral Board.

Product use:  Beautiful Park City Utah home features a mixture of AquaFir™ wood products to compliment the stone and metal used in the design of this modern rustic home.  The AquaFir™ product utilizes a finish that optimizes natural variation and texture of the wood to highlight the modern colors available in this product.  By using two colors with the other natural building materials it gives the home a warm and interesting façade.

 AquaFir™ Circle Sawn Dark Gray ship lap horizontal siding with a AquaFir™ Circle Sawn square edge Bronze Cedar window, door trim and soffits.   Mixing the wood colors allows for a warmer exterior to balance the aesthetics of the design. 

The two story patio brings the eye up to the soffit, AquaFir™ circle sawn T&G Bronze Cedar, beautifully constructed to hold up in the extreme temperatures in the Utah mountains.

The interior of the home displays a Corral Board square edge wall just inside the front doors as a beautiful accent of rustic décor on one side and the modern metal staircase on the other side.  Displaying the boards vertically elongates the ceiling height for a grand look.
