Montana Timber Products was selected to create a custom color for this picturesque setting.  The project included the design and construction of a new clubhouse located on a championship golf course with more than 70 years of history.  At Montana Timber Products, we have the professional expertise to understand the design needs and the experience to meet the needs of the contractor.  We milled, textured, and stained the siding and trim to meet the exact standards set forth by the construction team.  Materials were delivered to the jobsite pre-finished so that no staining or painting was required on the jobsite.  We provided more than 14,000 Board-feet of siding materials to this project while keeping the contractor on schedule.  This project received such high praise that we now offer the stain that was created for the Yellowstone Country Club as a standard color, called AquaFir™ Hazelnut.

This project required almost 22,000 board feet of cedar replacing unsealed 23-year-old siding. The remodel which started late August and went into a very rainy fall was not a problem. By purchasing pre-finished siding, weather did not create delays and insured the boards were sealed in a controlled environment to avoid repeating the prior mistake of putting up untreated product. Seal-once is a low VOC product, enabling the facility to remain open due to no harsh chemicals. Environmentally safe Seal-Once did not harm the landscaping or put the staff and patrons in harm’s way.   Coordinating large remodels usually require many different skillsets to be on site, when using a pre-finished ready to install product, only one set of sub-contractors are required.
